Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. We hate to hear you're having difficulty with the filtration system on your refrigerator. If the display on the refrigerator is showing ERR, this could be an indication of a bad or damaged filter, the wrong filter having been installed or the installation of a non-GE filter. We recommend buying a genuine GE replacement filter and see if your issue is resolved. If the issue continues, please call GE Appliances service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment as there may be an issue with your refrigerator.
