Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too had issues with the mic but for the audio check the audio settings on the console or PC, make sure that you have updated the audio drivers. Now for the headset itself, the mic has to be properly inserted, if you look at the quick start guide it mentions that you have to align the mic with the arrows on the headset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you have a controller with adapter for the audio?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, as a first step please test the headset on a different device, like a cell phone. If the headset works correctly on a different device, please: 1) Disconnect and clean the connections on the headset. 2) Clean the headset port on your Xbox One controller by blowing into it. 3) Power off and on the console. 4) Reconnect the headset, it should automatically be recognized. If the issue continues, and can be replicated on a different device/controller, unfortunately, there might be an actual fault with the headset, in which case a replacement will be necessary. If you continue to experience difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact Plantronics Customer Care at 855-765-7878, additionally, you have a 1 year warranty from the purchase date, if needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should check into updating your controller
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On the xbox you click the “xbox” button on your controller then scroll to the right of the mini dashboard and there is a setting area. Then in that area click the volume and there you can increase and decrease. The volume controls on the headset is like for if anyone is around and you want to hear them then it’s a quick way to lower or mute yourself.
