Are you plugging in directly to the controller? If so, buy a headset adapter. Have no issues with volume being too low. I have the turtle beach plus one and it works amazing with my RIG 500.

The RIG 500 PRO HX comes with the XBox controller sleeve pre-installed on the RIG audio dial volume control. If using on PlayStation, switch to the PS sleeve. If using with PC, remove the sleeve. Check that your headset and chat application volume level is set to the proper level - do this by going into your console audio settings. See our "RIG Wired Headset Setup for Xbox One" video on the RIG Gaming YouTube channel (at the :55 second mark). In XBox, go Profile & Settings>Audio, and check "Headset volume" and "Headset chat mixer" balance. If none of that helps, try plugging the headset into a different audio source to see how the volume performs. After that if you still need assistance, please contact RIG Customer Support via email at [email protected] and we can help you from there.
