Hi Angel, We apologize you had an issue using the RIG 900 Max. This wireless headset is compatible with PlayStation PS4 and PS5 as well as docked Nintendo Switch via the wireless transmitter or undocked via Bluetooth. And many other devices. On the wireless transmitter, there is a switch. When set to the console controller symbol, it's in Xbox mode. The switch will only be in this position for Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S. When the switch is set to "PC", it works on all other platforms. This is described in the included Quick Start Guide. Please note, Bluetooth mode is for Nintendo Switch and mobile devices like iPhone and Android smartphones. Bluetooth is not for connection to Xbox or PlayStation.
