• Electrical cost will very depending on your location, you’re home, and a variety of factors. Many cities and states, require permits that will cost more than $100 to obtain. Realistically expect to pay around $400 most of that will be going to cover the materials and permits. Expecting any work on a home, to cost the same as what someone else paid doesn’t work, as not all homes are the same, and the prices of materials can fluctuate greatly.
