“My floodlight is flickering when the light comes on - It is like a strobe light - Can you change the bulbs or do you know what is the matter with it - has been working fine for a year and then it started doing this”

Floodlight cam light has started flashing like so many others mentioned online. Went through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on Ring website which didn't fix issue. Call to Ring customer support and was told that the $99/yr Ring plan wouldn't replace their defective unit and would not escalate case. Was told that we should purchase a new unit with 35% discount. Ring has defective design and does not stand behind their warranty.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It may be the floodlight is reflecting back into the sensor. Try aiming the floodlights a little differently. This was happening to a regular led floodlight I have. Good luck.

However, all our devices do come with a limited one-year warranty, in which Ring will repair or replace any Ring products that malfunction due to defective parts or workmanship, at no charge to you.
