“I bought a ring floodlight camera yesterday but the techs from best buy came and refused to install this flood light camera because I need to have an electrician to install it. They only install battery operated camera. Any suggestion?”

I didn't require an electrician as I installed it myself. It's very simple to do once you cut the power to the fixture you're replacing. As long as you already have a fixture there hardwired in, you can do this yourself!

Not sure why you got that response. We recently bought both floodlight and spotlight cameras from Best Buy. The Geek Squad installed both types. However, there were several people here doing the installations so it's possible they sent you the wrong team to install the floodlights. Sounds like you got the spotlight installers! I would call and ask Geek Squad about this.
