• Hi. Your Floodlight Cam Wired Pro must be installed on a 4“ round UL listed weatherproof electrical box. You can find the installation instructed in our Help Center article here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059068632-Installing-Your-Ring-Floodlight-Cam-Wired-Pro-.
