  • QuestionWhat is the monthly fee for one camera?

    Asked by jim.

    • Answer Hi jim. Good question. Ring Protect plans start at $3.99 per month, per device. The Ring Protect Plan is a subscription that gives you access to paid features for Ring devices such as video doorbells, cameras, alarm, and Car Cam. With a Ring Protect Plan, you can save, review, and share video recordings from your Ring devices to your Ring account. Without a Ring Protect Plan, you can still view real-time video for Ring doorbells and cameras and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you don’t get video recordings of those events. • QuestionHow many Mobile devices can I connect to the ring camera?

    Asked by Jr909.

    • Answer Hi Jr909. Good question. You can log into as many mobile devices as you would like with your Ring owner account, or you can grant access to shared users. A shared user cannot change system settings or account information but can view cameras and view and share videos. Access to particular cameras can be granted or denied by the owner. If you have a Ring Alarm system, the shared user can also arm and disarm the Ring Alarm system and unlock any lock they've been given access to by the owner. • QuestionIf I'm using this to monitor pets, does it have a temperature setting that will alert me if it goes above or below a set temperature? If not, is there a different ring product that will do this?

    Asked by StephenM.

    • Answer Hi Good question. No, the Ring Indoor Cam does not offer temperature readings. Ring’s Flood & Freeze sensor is a Ring Alarm accessory that will detect water where it's installed or when the temperature drops below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. A Ring Alarm is required for this accessory, and a subscription is required for digital notifications.
