• It needs Wi-fi and a RING bridge sold separately to function.

• Hello Yes.Ring doorbells and cameras require a wifi connection in order to work. Our optional Ring Protect Plans allow you to access, download and share past Ring videos. Without this service, you will still receive real-time ring and motion alerts on your smartphone as well as have access to the live view feature.
