Weak and inconsistent wifi signal is the most common issue. Try using an RSSI signal tester app from your phone. (Air Port Utility on the iPhone.). You may need a wifi extender. Wiring could be an issue, thin wire can break or have a short. Maybe your chime is causing an issue. Take it out of the wiring loop and see what happens. The transformer may also be underpowered and need upgrading. A 24V 30-40A is best. 10V will not cut it and some have issues with 16V, especially older ones. They are usually as old as the house and need replacing. The Pro does have a small internal battery that is charge by the wires and takes an hour or so to fully charge as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar issue. What ring doesn’t advertise is their doorbell requires more power than a typical doorbell. I had to Install a bigger transformer for the doorbell.
