Each battery-operated camera comes with one battery and one mount. You download the Ring app on your phone and follow directions that comes with the camera, it's fairly simple. You name each camera according to their location, for example, Frontdoor, Driveway, Deck, etc... Your Ring app is your base station, you are able to retrieve all the information from the app, unless you have problems with your camera, which in turn you'll notify Ring. PS. Before you mount the camera, download it to your app, this way you have a live feed on your phone, and it will help you decide the location and angle of the camera. If you need any help, call Ring.
