The light is sufficient, it’s not a flood light, it’s not gonna light a whole pool deck or garden, but it’s bright Enough to see objects in the dark we use in the entrance to our home it’s great the light comes on auto and it’s plenty to open the front door stays on about 3 mins that can be altered, I highly recommend the ring products superb and does the job perfectly,

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I own both cameras, I much prefer the floodlight cam. The LED light is small, but so is the camera, in fact it seems like the spotlight camera is built into the flood cam, but you get the two bigger lights. I think the light is adequate, but I would recommend the floodlight over this, but if size is an issue this does the job.
