just purchased and installed this camera in an upside down position for a clean install under the front eve of the house. I have gone through the app several times and do not see the ability to invert the image. Any help would be appreciated. Hate to need to purchase a special bracket if not needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.ONLY the INDOOR camera video can be flipped. Outdoor version of the camera cannot have its video flipped , the feature is disabled and you need to buy an different mount.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but not as shipped. This one can't have the image flipped via software. Instead they make a $20 mounting bracket that connects to the bottom and can be hung from the "top" so to speak.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Someone may know how, but when I tried it, I could not make that work, the video came out upside down, and you don't have much in the way of tools for the video feed on their app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is an option within the Ring app to invert the image, so you can mount it upside down and simply flip the image. I have done this on some of my cameras.
