Google ring customer service and call them. They respond quickly and are SUPER helpful! The difference between the ring pro and the ring elite besides price is that the Elite connects via ethernet And that’s a more secure connection if your Wi-Fi goes out. It probably needs to be professionally installed whereas as a handy person can install the pro themselves. The other difference is a slight size difference and a difference in the looks. If you Google the question what is the difference between the ring pro and the ring elite doorbells you’ll get more details. As far as the different kinds of pro Ring doorbells,I think there’s only one kind. I have that one and it works really well. Very happy with it.
