• Yes, I did ask them about installing ours and I think it was $99 or a little more. I installed it myself and was very easy install. Just make sure the breaker is off since the pro is hardwired. Works like a charm

• Really don't need it unless you are unable physically to do it. Remove the old and put up the new. Two wires and done.
