under the door bell cover there should be a QR code.you may need to take the tori screw out in order to pop off the lid to scan the code. If there is no code after you remove the cover then i would check with support. The original box may have the QR code, that is if the previous home owner left it, but that may not be the case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually the cover on the doorbell is held in place by a tiny screw at the very bottom. This screw requires a special screwdriver that Ring provides or ask your friends if they have the ring doorbell pro and borrow their screwdriver. If you can remove the screw and pop the cover then check the side of the doorbell. Mine had a QR code sticker on the side of the doorbell.
