Once you have it setup there is a share feature in the app.

For example, I registered it using my cell phone, then installed the app on my Samsung tablet, signed in with my userid/password and I was up and going. By the way, works fine on Android, application will not install on Amazon Fire tablets.

By logging onto your Ring App from both your phone and your iPad you should be able to receive alerts on both devices. If this does not work I would suggest using the "Shared User" feature and adding your email address as a shared user so that you can monitor your Ring device from both your Phone and Ipad.
