Transformer voltage is 15 volts on the wired doorbell. Once you set it up you can see the volts in the ring app to see if it good or not. The camera won’t function if the volts are off. I had one producing a higher voltage and the ring camera would not power on but the app told me the reading of the volts while setting up so I could fix it.
