They will help you call 1-888-237-8289 I have to say they fix my problems in nowhere when I ordered a digital download for Roblox I had a problem to receive my download code and they’ve been able to help me to receive my code only in couple minutes through my email

- Answer If you're card never delivered, you can contact best buy support to cancel the order and be refunded. I am not sure why the card got delayed so long. This isn't best buy's fault, it is the fault of the cooporation that sells these cards (ROBLOX).
