Why does it keep cancelling my order null

I have the same problem I've tried buying a digital card 11 times and every time it cancels

Best Buy is a joke. I’ve tried ordering the same laptop several times with different credit cards, and the order goes through only to be canceled a few minutes later. When I tried calling, I wasted half an hour of my life in a dismal and depressing attempt to order the item with the help of a support person. What a waste of time. Thank God there is a Amazon.

Same problem here, I will use amazon. This is not a good company, they have wasted my time.

They don’t allow buying of gift cards like game gift cards as in bucks etc with a gift card you have from bestbuy. It drives me nuts when I wanted to get a game gift card for my son and had like $500 on one gift card but I couldn’t use it and had to use credit or cash. Dumb rules

A lot of times you get canned as fraud. So if something doesnt match up, they will kill the account. Usually on an expensive item. This is how they prevent getting ripped off. But it hurts the customer too.

I would agree. Best Buy is hurting the customer buy not processing there order or making it so that you have SOME option besides just cancel. Let's pick up a phone or have a credit card verification of some sort.

Same thing all my orders keep getting cancel, will not buy from best buy anymore, amazon is the best dont buy from best buy they suck.

Best buy must not want anyones buisness. My orders for the past year havd been canceled. Spent more than 5k elsewhere because their customer service is as bad as their ordering process. Used multiple cards, payment options and canceled every time.
