It means the mic has been muted, it explains the colors of the status led in the quick start guide.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It means that the there is an issue with the headset and the transmitter. Download Roccat Swam on their website and make sure you have the latest drivers for it installed. Then you have to make sure your headset is plugged into the charging connecter, and make sure the USB transmitter(USB dongle) is also plugged into your USB ports on your computer and re-pair your headsets firmware. This should fix your connecting issue.

If the headset & its transmitter are paired and the transmitter's LED is pulsing red, that means that the headset's microphone is muted or disconnected from the headset itself. Unmuting the headset or reconnecting the microphone boom if you have removed it should result in the transmitter's LED changing back to its regular color.
