There are 2 screws on the top of the TV portion of the mount you simply screw one or the other it until TV is level. Use a level on top of TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you take the TV off the mount you will see on each side of the brace for the TV two large wing nut shaped parts. You loosen these and then the TV mounting brackets will pivot either up or down to adjust for glare. Just be sure that both are level in the same spot so the TV goes on evenly. When you have a good placement for them just hang the TV back up. I had to adjust them a few times myself before I was satisfied.

Please try again later.Sounds like your installer didn't get the bracket bolted into the wall level. 1st I would check to make sure the brackets bolted to the TV are even with each other. If the wall mounted bracket is noticeably out of level then the only right way to do this is to remove it from the wall, change the mounting position to where you'll get a good anchor with studs, mark hole locations, level and square and drill, and mount. You should only need to move the wall bracket up or down from its current position only about 2 inches. You can always adjust the brackets on the TV to adjust for the change in position of the wall bracket.
