Yes, it works on my 75" Samsung Q7 just fine. Answers here that say it won't work are wrong. I don't understand why they even mention a limit of 70" in the description. As long as the weight is ok and the bolts fit (which they will) this mount will work fine. I have three of them and use them on a 75", 65" and 50". All work perfect.

As long as you have mounted it into the studs, and you tv isn't too heavy this product will work with a 75 in. There is very heavy duty hardware with the kit and it will fit a 75 in just follow the guidelines with the weight.
