“How easy is it to take the speaker on/off the mount? I want to use this on my covered/screened patio, but I want to also be able to take it on and off pretty quickly, how easy is it to remove and replace? Will I need to tighten and unscrew each time?”

Yes. They are very easy to detach, and to reinstall. But only if you don't mind leaving part of the mount attached to the speakers.
