QuestionI have a few questions: 1. Is this a shell only? 2. Do I need to remove the circuit from my other docking station in order for this to work? 3. My original docking station has the green rings of death. I need a new dock..will this work?

- Answer This acts as a complete replacement for the dock that comes with the Switch. The only downside I’ve found so far is that it does not support HDMI CEC, which turns on your TV automatically when you turn on the Switch. The original dock supports this but the Rocketfish does not.

- Answer Without knowing too many details from your question, and not to insult your intelligence, I'll start with the basics. 1) Did you connect an HDMI cable from the dock to your TV? There has to be a physical connection to your screen through HDMI. 2) If it is connected through HDMI, did you select the correct HDMI input source on your TV? Unless you're using a stereo receiver or HDMI switching device, then you'll have multiple inputs on the TV to choose from, should be labeled on the TV where you plugged in as "HDMI 1," "HDMI 2," etc. 3) One thing I noticed when I connected mine is that if the Switch is in sleep mode, nothing will appear on the TV. I usually press the Home button on a controller to wake the Switch up and then it will display. 4) A final check would be to try a different HDMI cable before giving up. Hope this helps,

- Answer There shouldn't be any issues, this has the same functions as the official Nintendo dock, it can charge and display your console on a TV.

- Answer Make sure there is no dust or substance on the connections or replace the wire connecting it to the tv. may be a cable that does not support higher video resolution too.

- Answer The following is off the included adapter for this product. If you look up universal power supplies with 15 volts and 2 amps you may find what you are looking for! - Answer This DOES support a wireless headset dongle, just like the dock from Nintendo. I have both the Nintendo dock and this dock. I use a wireless headset dongle plugged into the back of the RocketFish dock and it works great. Just remember that wireless headsets only work with the Switch when they are in the dock. As soon as you go into handheld mode, the wireless headsets will stop working.

- Answer Maybe try Amazon. Look in its description on Best Buy under what it comes with and see if they can tell you what adapter it is. If not you can google the question and it should tell you the actual name of it. But it doesn’t hurt to type in “switch dock adapter” on Amazon and see what comes up. Google should tell you the name though.
