Q: QuestionI have a rocket fish wireless rear speaker set up on my 5.1 system. I want to make it 5.2 w/ the wireless subwoofer kit. Will there be interference or issues with either system if I have the respective receiver & sender units of each next to each other?

• A:Answer I AM using the same set up and have a little hum noise but you only hear it when there is no audio playing. So if you pause the movie or tv or music you will hear it. But worth it to me because my system sounds amazing with the second sub location.

Q: QuestionCan not get any sound out of my Monitor audio LR 106476 powered sub. Reciever is an Onkyo ,Speakers are Monitor Audio and Sony. All wires are correct and the blue lights are on. I do get bbass out of the front Sony speakers (with bass speakers in them)

• A:Answer Make sure the two devices have power. Make sure your sub has power. Make sure your sub level is not set to 0. Make sure your wired connections are correct. Make sure your subwoofer setting on your receiver is set to subwoofer and not None. Make sure the level for your subwoofer on receiver isn’t set too low. Refer to the user manual to pair the transmitter and receiver as a last step. (These are paired already by factory default so do this as a last step).

Q: QuestionI've read the manual and it states for a a/v receiver without a sub out that u can hookup to the r & l inputs using the receivers r&l preouts. Does the unit then only send low level frequencies to the receiver unit?

• A:Answer Who knows? I think it probably sends the full signal but your subwoofer crossover should take care of that on the sub end. Set your crossover to 80Hz on the subwoofer and it will ignore anything above that no matter what signal it receives. (As it should). Set all of your speakers on your receiver to Small and the receirver crossover setting to 80Hz as well no matter how big you think they are unless their huge and have really big subwoofers. This will ease the load on your receiver to send frequencies above 80 Hz to your speakers and anything below goes to your subwoofers.

• A:Answer Wattage of a receiver won't increase louder bass. If you have the subwoofer hooked up low level (rca cable) you can increase the db level out of the receiver. If you have it hooked up high level (speaker wire) you can only use the volume on the subwoofer or turn up the db level for the speaker output your using. Disadvantage to this is you are also turning up the db level for that speaker output as well.

• A:Answer Tony, I used the rocketfish wireless subwoofer kit. on the back of your amplifier there should be a subwoofer out plug. you plug that into the back of the wireless reciever unit., and then you plug the other unit into the back of your subwoofer somewhere within about 75 feet of the reciever. turn on the subwoofer, then power up your amplifier. then turn on the two wireless pieces, I plugged mine into the reciever on the backside so when the reciever in on so will be signal sending piece. Not sure if your wireless subwoofer will work with your amplifier or not. It looks like it is designed to work with a sound bar. good luck

Q: QuestionAre you sure each wireless subwoofer kit (RF-WSW312) is "uniquely paired" with sender/reciever?I have one already in living room upstairs and need another one in the basement. BUT am concerned there will be interference if both pairs are ON at the same time (i.e. both system working at the same time).
