• I don't know what a TLC is however we bought our Roku tv at the same time we bought a HISENSE ROKU. Without question the ROKU is a much better picture. This is our 'main' tv so it worked out well, the Hisense Roku is for the basement. Hisense is fine...ROKU is better.

• The RokuTV and TCL RokuTV are pretty much the same as far as setup and design goes.
