why is there an onn version of this sound bar? null

ONN is a roku line marketed exclusively by Walmart. According to PC Magazine the ONN soundbar is similar the roku soundbar but slightly cheaper in cost and quality. Linked to article attached : https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/onn-roku-smart-soundbar

Because Walmart wanted their own version of this soundbar. Onn soundbar is not as powerful as this one. They have different specs.

The ONN is a but a fordable but not worth it.
