Unplug the Roku and tv and replug. unfreezes mine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is doing the same thing. Looks like this is a known issue if you look at the Roku website. Mine is out of warranty so I’ll have to buy another one. This time I’ll buy the extended warranty.
