Question3811R vs 3821 I see on Roku's website, the streaming stick 4k+ is 3821. Why does this one on best buy's website show 3811R? The name is almost identical however I did notice that best buy lists the name as streaming stick+ 4K. Can someone clarify plz

The 3821R is the Roku Streaming Stick 4K+ that includes our best remote, the Roku Voice Remote Pro, which is a rechargeable voice remote, with 2 personal shortcut buttons, and a lost remote finder built in. Please note: The Roku Streaming Stick 4K+ (3821R) does have a headphone jack, but does not include headphones.

QuestionDoes the TV have to be bluetooth capable or does the Roku stick send the sound straight to the controller so you can listen from the headset?

- Answer My TV doesn't have the ability to connect to wireless bluetooth headphones, but there is no problem listening to the headphones with this (they connect into a jack right into the remote). I think having wifi is the key to everything working rather than Bluetooth (but don't quote me on that). Hope that helps!

- Answer I don't believe so. When I plug the headphone jack into the ROKU remote, the sound from my sound bar automatically cuts out. I don't know of any way to make them both work at the same time.

QuestionOn the Roku site, it says "TV must have an HDMI input that supports HDCP 2.2". My TV is quite old and I suspect it does not have this. Is this a requirement to view 4K content only? Will the device work on my TV if all I watch is non-4K content? Thanks.

- Answer Like others have said they can NOT be reassigned. However, you can move the app tiles on the Home Screen so that your favorites are at the top. That way you don’t have scroll down through all the other apps to get to your favorites.
