• I think so ...I bought an adapter from Best Buy because my big screen old Sony didn’t have an HDMI port ...the adapter converted it to RCA plugs and I hooked it to the old Sony and the Roku streaming apps came up right away... no problem... so I would imagine if your old Sanyo has a HDMI port you should be good with a Roko stick
