Yes, we had both going in the same home on 2 different TVs.

IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER HDMI PORT, YOU CAN ATTACHED IT TO YOUR TV AND SWITCH BACK AND FORTH TO EITHER ONE. I WOULDN'T THINK YOU COULD ATTACH IT TO THE FIRESTICK.

You can use both the Firestick and Roku stick in the same TV as long as it has two hdmi ports. You would need to use your source select button on the TV to select whether the Firestick or the Roku is active.
