Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can - but it will eat up your phone's monthly data allotment. Simply configure the network settings to your phone's hotspot. A better idea would be to use the "free" wifi the hotel provides - if the hotel has a data stream of 3-10 MBPS you will have no problems. Again go to network settings and enter the ssid and if it requires a password add that. The Roku will walk you through the process.
