• Absolutely as long as you have a hdmi port and internet. 4k box not necessary if you dont have a 4K Tv you can get the standard Roku box or streaming stick

• Hi! Roku Devices will work with older TV's! The device plugs in through the HDMI port but if your TV doesn't have an HDMI port you can buy an adapter from HDMI to RCA.
