Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello jimg! The Roku Ultra supports 802.11ac dual-band (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz) MIMO Wi-Fi. Keep in mind that what determines which frequency the device connects to depends on your router. If your router supports DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection), then the router will most likely assign and limit the device to 2.4 GHz by default. Check with the router manufacturer whether it supports DFS if a 5 GHz connection is preferred.
