“I have an older Roku Ultra maybe the 2020 model). When attempting to play some video stored on a USB drive my ultra won't play it. However when I plug the USB drive into my new TLC roku tv the content plays. Will new (2022ultra) play play this content?”

• Hello Drew, The USB may need to be formatted to work with the Ultra as it only works with FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, EXT2, EXT3, exFAT, and HFS+ file systems. Even if your USB is one of these formats I would still suggest moving the files to your computer refromating the USB and moving the files back onto it and try again.
