• You don't order the pay per view through the ROKU you would order it through the app that you would download to you ROKU, Such as FITE. So yes it is compatible for PPV.

• Kinda sorta. There is a channel on Roku , Cleeng Live PPV , that will do it. However not all events are able to be purchased/seen and it'll depend on the list they have available.
