Q: QuestionDoes this work on Sierra or High Sierra OS on Mac?

• A:Answer No it does not work on current Apple operating systems. I purchased it and it did not work. I called the manufacture and they told me to return it. Went back to Best Buy to return it and they told me it can not be returned because it had software ( an obsolete CD still sealed in it's envelope) included. I ended up just leaving it with the store manager.

• A:Answer It gets the job done. If the video is 3 hours, it takes 3 hours to convert. I had to look at YouTube videos in order to get it working. But yes, it does exactly what it says.

• A:Answer Not sure. I've used it on Ver 10.14.6 and worked except the pause. If you pause and skip forward on your source the audio and video won't be in sync.

Q: QuestionMy Mac runs the Catalina 10.15.4 (latest version) 64 bit operating system. I am now told that this Roxio product will not work on a 64 bit operating system. Is there another product that you have used that works on a 64 bit operating system?

• A:Answer Im curious about this too. I just purchased it today, believing it was the latest version, I had a question, so contacted Roxio/Corel support and the rep confirmed what I had was NOT the latest version, had me check side of box with specs, this did not support Catalina 10.15.4. (latest stated is Mac OS X 10.8) They had latest version on their site, so I'll be returning.

• A:Answer You need to replace your audio cords, or make sure they are inserted all the way in, on both your source machine and the connection to you VHS to Digital cords. Also you may go to the top of your Mac computer and look for the speaker icon and make sure that is turn up. When you are doing the transfer you should hear sound. If that doesn’t work Roxie has telephone Tech support. I hope that helps you.
