• A:Answer Hi Marley, It should accommodate a gaming system just fine. However, without knowing specifically which system your speaking about we are unable to guarantee that it will. If you look at the images for the listing, their is a line drawing or a "blueprint" of the item. It shows the dimensions for the whole item including the shelves in the center. You can measure your system and compare to the measurements in the line drawing to confirm how it will fit. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

However, we do sell a number of stands that come with a fireplace insert, instructions and hardware to install it, and room for it without compromising the integrity of the stand. You can find them on Best Buy's site by searching "Walker Edison Fireplace Stands." We also have this same stand (same color, style, and dimensions) with a fireplace insert included.
