• A:Answer i've been looking for a mic that i do not have to order online and i just saw this today. not sure what you're looking for, but whats sold separately is the channel 2 microphone. you can record two audio tracks at the same time with this unit. so if you wanted to interview someone, you can have an additional mic on the 2nd channel. i have not purchased this yet but plan to in the near future! here's what's included. Q: QuestionI fully charged the receiver - confirmed by the green light that displays above the battery icon - but when I press the power button, NO light appears to show it turns on.

• A:Answer The green light should come on to indicate the power is on. The question is whether the indicator mechanism is bad, but the power is still on, or the power doesn't come on. Test the microphone to see if it records sound. If it doesn't work, you will need to return the unit.

• A:Answer Yup. There are multiple cables to use to connect it to. It works for both Apple (lightning cable) and Android (micro USB & USB-C) phones. On iPhones, it worked seamlessly. But on Android, I had to get a separate video recording app that can take advantage of external microphones.

• A:Answer Yes. It is compatible with a PC or laptop, but you have to buy a separate cord. I use mine with my laptop to aid in Zoom lectures. The cord you need is a USB 2.0 A-Male to Micro B Cable or similar. Make sure you get one that is for audio, as many are designed strictly for charging purposes. I got mine at Amazon as referred by the Samsung site and it was only $6.00. (Amazon Basics USB 2.0 A-Male to Micro B Cable, 6 feet, Black)
