QuestionI purchased this mic for my 8 year old grandson's birthday. He has a chrome book and is having trouble getting the mic to work. He wants to use it for singing (beginner). Please help.

- Answer Make sure you have the right USB port. If your Chromebook is issued by the school the admins may not allow this device to be plugged in, if this is the case there are very inexpensive Chromebooks that are designed to give to kids! be sure you have a website to record that audio. Do a google search for "audio recording online" and you will find websites that let you record audio and download it. Hopes this helps!

The microphone does come with a windscreen that slides over the microphone's grill. This windscreen will assist with the same functions as a separate pop filter! QuestionI'm deaf. I have a Samson XPD1 Lavalier. I use it on a iPad and have AVA software that captions the speech. Works great, but I was wondering is it possible to buy another Lavalier and have two people talk through the one USB adapter?.

QuestionHi, my volume goes out from my headphones when I'm recording video on Zoom or Facebook Live. I press the volume button on mic and the sound comes back into my headphones. A few secs later the sound goes out. Computer Settings are fine This a faulty mic?
