Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call Samsung (800-SAMSUNG) for repairs. Probably needs magnetron. Remember to un mount unit before technician arrives. Unit has one year warranty.

First, please make sure the Microwave is plugged into a working, dedicated, grounded 20-amp circuit. If you haven't done so already, check the troubleshooting suggestions on page 21 of the User Manual, which can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website for easy reference. If these suggestions don't help to resolve the issue, please call either 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to help determine an appropriate solution. Fortunately, the warranty on this and other Samsung Over the Range Microwaves covers parts and labor for one year, as well as the magnetron part for ten years. - Ms. Samsung
