QuestionWhat kind of bracket is included with this microwave?Does the bracket mount on the back wall or is it U shaped and take up room on the sides when installed. We have just 30 inches of width between cabinets and want to make sure it will fit.

- Answer The SMH1622 User Manual specifically addresses the use of metal or aluminum foil inside the microwave, as follows: "Do not put aluminum foil (except as specifically directed in this manual), metal objects (such as containers, forks, etc.) or containers with golden or silver rims into the microwave. • These objects can cause sparks or a fire. Do not use or place flammable sprays or objects near the oven. • Heat from the microwave can cause flammable sprays to explode or burn. • Failing to do so may result in electric shock or injury." QuestionAren't there supposed to be two underneath filters?Hi! I recently bought this microwave, and included in the box were two, different sized filters. The smaller, dark grey one was clearly the charcoal filter to go on top of the unit, and the second, shiny silver one, clearly fit underneath the unit. The trouble is, there are two spaces for this filter, one on either side of the light. When I called customer service, the lady said there was only supposed to be one such filter in the box. Huh? This makes no sense. How do I go about getting another filter through warranty service when the lady on the phone doesn't even know there should be two?

- Answer I'm sorry to hear you received only one of the two grease filters that should have come with your SMH1622 microwave. While some models are designed to use only one grease filter, you're correct that there should have been two of these to fit on either side of the light in your SMH1622; see attached photos from page 8 and 20 of the user manual. - Answer Samsung microwave cord was about 2 feet long, which is probably standard for an over the range microwave as the outlet is in the cabinet right above the microwave when mounted.

- Answer i dont know what you mean by "cut sheet". The microwave does come with a template. you shoudl not hang it with bothsides exposed, that will look ugly, can you get a piece of wood with laminate matching your cabinets to hide the back?

- Answer Yes. You can still cook in the microwave without a turntable inside, but if it was designed to cook with a turntable, your food may not cook evenly and may not taste its best.

QuestionCan this replace a microwave with the same width but different height/depth?I had a Whirlpool GH5184XPS7 over the range microwave but it's broken. The whirlpool microwave's dimensions are H=17 1/4, W=29 7/8, D=15 7/16. I'm wondering if this Samsung microwave can replace it without making any adjustment given that the width is exactly the same but height and depth are slightly different? If not, is there any other product you would recommend?

- Answer I had a whirlpool previous to this and the height and depth were a bit off as well. I measured the opening and found that this microwave actually fit better than my whirlpool. It doesn't stick out as far and doesn't stick out of the bottom as far. I would recommend measuring first to be 100 percent sure, but it should probably work

- Answer It has everything needed for install, the only thing I would recommend is getting 2 washers for the top mounting screws
