“I am missing the mounting bracket. I chatted with a BB rep and he assured me it was incl. I tore through my box a couple of times and do not see it. There is a bag of screws, but no bracket. I was sent to a parts website. So I'm supposed to BUY IT ?!?!”

Mine came with the brackets to install. I would contact Samsung and they should provide them for you since the microwave ja under warranty. I contacted them for something else and they were very helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The mounting plate is located on the back of the microwave. Remove the two screws to remove the plate and then replace the two screws back. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
