“Is it possible to install this unit inside a wall cabinet above a wall oven?”

This question is for: Samsung - 1.8 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Fingerprint Resistant Microwave with Sensor Cooking - Stainless steel

It's designed to hang under a standard 12 in deep cabinet because it exhausts. There are microwaves specific to occupying a wall cabinet for a stove. Otherwise a good carpenter can rework the cabinet and cut down the doors.

Ours is mounted over a stove. As long as you have he required vertical clearance, it is OK.
