How do you open the remote to put the batteries in? null

The whole back of the remote should slide either upwards or downwards, lift off the back latch of the remote and you should find the battery housing

Hi there! To install the batteries into the remote: 1) Slide the back cover in the direction of the arrow until it is completely removed. 2) Insert 2 AA batteries (1.5V) oriented so that their polarity is correct. 3) Slide the back cover back into position. ^Patty
