Ours is doing the same thing! The site says it's gas sensor issue, but we have an electric microwave. It's only doing it in the Popcorn mode. Hoping someone is able post a working solution.

Start popcorn mode, runs for about 20-30 seconds(not enough time to start the popcorn popping) then shuts down with error code c-10. What a piece of junk. Hours on the internet trying to find a fix and all i can find is that it might be the humidity sensor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The error code suggests that the heat sensor malfunctioned, if it doesn’t work after unplugging and replugging the microwave you might have to look towards getting it replaced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After 4 years of use, mine is showing same code only when using popcorn mode. It works fine using time and power levels. Electric microwave can still detect moisture and humidity.
