• Best Buy delivered and set up our refrigerator. According to the manual, you can call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864).

• Hi Patti, I'm sorry to hear you may have thrown out the handles for your Refrigerator. I'd suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help locate the replacement handles (part #DA97-12054A) and screws (DA61-03734A), if necessary. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
