Questionhow to you get the water pitcher to auto fill? Water dispenses, but it does not fill the pitcher automatically. help

- Answer I haven’t had that issue. I do know both doors need to be and stay closed for the pitcher to fill. Usually once both doors are closed, about 30 to 45 seconds later I can hear the pitcher being filled.

QuestionCould someone please explain why in the world this 23 cubic foot version is more expensive the the larger 30 cubic feet version of this otherwise same fridge? What am I missing? Thank you!

- Answer My guess is you're looking at the counter depth model vs. the standard depth model. Counter depth models are typically more expensive, I think because of the combination of demand due to their aesthetics as well as the increased complexity of maintaining a reasonable amount of space with a smaller footprint / with design complications like making the door work at counter depth. To be clear, counter depth fridges "stick out" into your walkway less than standard depth fridges, that's usually the material dimension difference.

- Answer Not really. It definitely gets fingerprints around the area you open the doors. However, I’d buy this refrigerator over and over again despite this! It has perfect amount of space and is so easy to keep organized. And I love the water pitcher feature. Super clean and sleek.

QuestionCan the SAMSUNG logo be removed from top of right hand door? If so, how? Is the brightness of the LED lights adjustable as on the Bosch 800 series? Freezer lights are dim. Finally, can the UV Deodorizing Filter be changed or is it self cleaning?

- Answer The logo appears to be an appliqué that cannot be easily removed without damaging the underlying stainless steel. The brightness of the LED lights cannot be changed. There is no maintenance for the UV Deodorizing filter. It can only be enabled or disabled via the control panel.

- Answer With doors closed, width across the front is 35 7/8". If in your installation the external front-to-back depth of the refrigerator exceeds that of your countertop and/or cabinets, you'll be good to go. However, with the refrigerator doors open, add 2" to both the left and the right side.
